Welcome to UnirePro, a dynamic networking ecosystem powered by iFlex Technology Limited ("iFlex", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the UnirePro platform, including our website (app.unirepro.app), mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You retain ownership of any content you post or share on the Platform ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant iFlex Technology Limited a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring your User Content complies with these Terms and applicable laws.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of iFlex Technology Limited or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iFlex Technology Limited and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Platform, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable laws.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform will be resolved through binding arbitration in Hong Kong, in accordance with the rules of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC). You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform or through other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
