Terms of Use for UnirePro Platform

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the UnirePro platform (“UnirePro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), which is operated by iFlex Technology Limited, a company incorporated and registered in Hong Kong. By accessing or using the UnirePro platform (the “Platform”), you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using UnirePro, you agree to abide by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including entrepreneurs, startups, freelancers, and any other individuals or entities who access or use the services provided through UnirePro.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of UnirePro, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering, and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You are solely responsible for all activities under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.

4. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Platform:

  • In any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws.

  • To impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

  • To engage in any unlawful activity, including fraud or harassment.

  • To upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

5. User-Generated Content

You may submit, upload, or create content (such as business plans, product descriptions, etc.) on the Platform. By submitting content, you grant UnirePro a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, display, distribute, and modify the content for the purposes of operating and improving the Platform.

You are solely responsible for the content you post or submit. You agree not to post or submit any content that violates the rights of others, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights.

6. Payments and Fees

Certain features of the Platform may require payment of fees. All payments are processed through secure payment gateways. You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with your use of the Platform.

The Platform may offer subscription plans, one-time fees, or other payment models. We reserve the right to modify pricing and payment terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users.

7. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform.

  • Attempt to interfere with the security or functionality of the Platform.

  • Use automated means, such as bots or scrapers, to access or use the Platform without authorization.

  • Use the Platform to send unsolicited communications or spam.

8. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease, and you will be required to stop using all features of the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iFlex Technology Limited and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

We are not responsible for any loss of data, profits, or opportunities, nor for any delays, disruptions, or other issues caused by external factors, such as force majeure events or third-party services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless iFlex Technology Limited, its affiliates, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform.

  • Any content you post or submit.

  • Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.

11. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Platform, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the revised Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes to the Terms will constitute your acceptance of those changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Hong Kong.

14. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between you and iFlex Technology Limited regarding these Terms, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through informal means, such as mediation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be subject to binding arbitration in Hong Kong, and the parties agree to waive any right to a trial by jury.
